Dovetailing with the University of Michigan’s intergroup dialogue model, organizations or groups with historical opposition are moderated by GELLC team members who have been certified practitioners for decades. GELLC also provides a multi-day Train-the-Trainer for organizations who want to develop an internal cadre of facilitators.
Dialogue Institute
In partnership with DreamChaser Solutions, LLC, Gold Enterprises, LLC presents a three-tier opportunity for dialogue training:
Level 1: Speaks to the healing power of dialogue for organizations that are growing or grappling.
Level 2: Provides professionals with the plethora of ways to apply dialogue in unique business, workplace, and non-profit contexts.
Level 3: Train the Trainer for folks who want to become a TDI Certified facilitator in their organization (or as a side hustle.)
