Shaunna Payne Gold, Ed.D. is a skilled educator, a fiery speaker, informative blogger, and passionate minister. Dr. Gold has stepped on to large stages and into small classrooms with her approachable style, self-deprecator humor, and high octane messages. Her messages continue to bring value to large organizations, groups, and individuals alike. Given her social media presence, accessibility, and early adoption of technology, Dr. Gold is sky-rocketing as one who brings value to everyone she encounters.

Despite being a first-generation college student, Dr. Gold persisted to the doctorate. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University, a Masters of Divinity from Eastern Mennonite University, and a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University in 2010.

Dr. Gold is the definition of dedication, hard work, self-determination, and discipline. She has a demonstrated consistently positive track record as a teacher, facilitator, writer, speaker, and preacher. Dr. Gold is a very proud Ironman 70.3 triathlete and boymom to Trai & Kendrick.
