Gold Enterprises (GELLC) provides expert diversity, equity and inclusion consulting, dialogue, training, and speaking services.

GELLC’s story begins in the 1950s with Evelyn Miller Farmer and Deacon Edward Simon Farmer who were Sunday School teachers for decades at First Baptist Church of Altavista, Virginia, US. It was here where Dr. Gold observed effective teaching and learning firsthand. As a result of their examples in the faith community, Dr. Gold committed herself to education.

Dr. Gold “retired” herself in 2021 from higher education to focus solely on expanding the impact of Gold Enterprises, LLC during “The Great Awakening” following the murders of Freddie Gray, George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Asian siblings in Georgia, US, a raging global pandemic that highlighted already existing inequities, and a divisive U.S. Presidential Election.

Workplace equity and inclusion should be a business strategy that retains employees and collaborators, increases workplace healthy, and repels toxicity that stymies productivity and innovation. Let Gold Enterprises guide you through THIS missing part of your organization's strategy.
